Error message- not download footage

I’ve just done a flight and with my DJI pro Mavrick pro . And I’m now wanting to download the footage to my DJ I go for app however when I have tried this iMessage is on the screen saying download failed only JPEG images and H.264 videos are downloadable how do I fix this problem

Use the settings advised by the software or try removing the SD card and drag ‘n drop to a folder on your computer.

Hmm... I’d contact DJI if there’s nothing else in the full online only 60+ page manual.
