Absolutely HORRIBLE advice!

Are you willing to help support the OP's court case if they take your HORRIBLE advice (on a Sovereign Nation's land none-the-less) and end up getting their aircraft confiscated and possibly go to jail?

It's awfully easy to sit behind a keyboard and toss out "Hollier than thou" advice when you have no skin in the game but keep in mind that some people may assume (incorrectly) that you're giving fair and knowledgeable advice and take it. Please think BIG PICTURE when giving out advice on the forums and even more so when the OP is operating from Sovereign Nation land!!

I was just having fun and knew I was taking a chance taking off from the parking lot. I was parked way out in an empty section away from everyone So I must have stood out like a sore thumb. Guess they are actually watching those camera's which makes me feel good about parking at Iliana!

I was never over any people or any moving vehicles or really any vehicles at all. I was working from the backside of the casino trying to get a sunset shot as I lifted up from the construction site of their new hotel. I'm 100% sure I was fine on the FAA side, certainly pressed my luck launching from their sovereign territory.

Why would you do that?....if you knew you were taking a chance...why did you come across in your first post as you had no idea why you had a problem with the sheriff?...why would you take the chance and just bring uneeded negative attention to the hobby?
