Which mode is best to record me on riding my motor bike and how do you make it fly ahead of me while riding / filming for more than 100 metres ?

Active track, but you have to be going pretty slow, maybe 25 - say max 40 km/hr, depending on how far from the subject, angle of filming, no sharp turns and how much contrast between the object and surrounding terrain.
