Forum notifications

Sorry, I dont know what section to put this in?
With email notifications from the forum. I have cleared every box in my profile page, so shouldn't be getting any emails.... but no, I keep getting them?
What do I do to turn this 'feature' off??

I'm sure that's for new threads not for ones that you are already watching

I'm sure you have to go to each thread and change watch settings
