GPS coordinates way off

I mapped an area using Drone deploy in south east UK. My client wanted to download the .geotiff files onto GIS - however it placed the map about 20miles north of where it should have been! I took the Lat / Long data from the exif data and again it showed the location to be way off by miles...Any ideas?

Unless you want to share the flight log file(s) and some images with exif data, I cannot think of any way to answer that question.
