I have found DJI Customer Service to be incredible!
Currently I have an
Avata 2 in under Care and DJI is trying to honor their end of the deal. The current Border and Customs problems are holding up my replacement though.
I did buy an
Avata 2 replacement though from South Korea and received it in 5 days. When and if DJI finally gets my
Avata 2 out to me I will have two. One for FPV Acro and one for its real use, public safety training.
