Great customer service from DJI

I have found DJI Customer Service to be incredible!

Currently I have an Avata 2 in under Care and DJI is trying to honor their end of the deal. The current Border and Customs problems are holding up my replacement though.

I did buy an Avata 2 replacement though from South Korea and received it in 5 days. When and if DJI finally gets my Avata 2 out to me I will have two. One for FPV Acro and one for its real use, public safety training.

Yeah, DJI has been great for me as well. The gov't's intervention...not so much.

Surprisingly, I've had some really good service and help with DJI Customer Service as well.

Despite all the NON-Sense going on with the government, I was still able to get the help I needed!

I've had great results from DJI repair service. In fact, DJI seems more reputable than the folks trying to put them out of business here. Sadly, we can't compete so they figure if we can't lick em..stick em.

Indeed. Over the last 11 years, DJI Support has always done right by me, and done their level best to help. Even now, with their hands tied behind their back in the U.S., they are still trying to help us! But, there is only so much they can do. If you don't get the outcome you were expecting, it won't be for their lack of effort to help, and at least restoring you to the status quo before their attempted resolution. To wit, if their attempt to get you a refurb for a repair estimate fails, they will refund the repair estimate, and still return your original unrepaired drone to you.
 
Awesome service and easy to deal with. I thought that I had a gimbal issue and snt my Mavic 4 Pro in and got a response within forty eight hours.
 
My Avata 2 was sent in a month ago to get a DJI Care replacement. I have not complained since I know the current issues they are facing getting drones into the country.
Today I got my shipping label and a new Avata 2 should be here tomorrow.

Yes I have found this. Got a dji air 3s. Brought as a amazon return of ebay. It was crashed.-can send some photos. Had my qoute through £68 -arm bent, camera broken, lidar sensor missing.
The oly problem i received was it took 72 hours to get the shipping label and went to junk. My fault tho.

Quote to repair Wednesday paid in the hour
Repair Wednesday
Shipped Wednesday - today
Waiting for it to arrive hopefully in the coming days
