Had 3 batteries replaced after the 12 month 'cut off'

DJI replaced three batteries due to swelling after been told they were 13 months old and after the so called 12 month cut off period. I was expecting a long delay and many emails with DJI, but it was sorted in about a week. Maybe they realised that their arbitrary 12 month age limit is illegal under Australian consumer law.

I’m thinking Air batteries are suspect. I’ve treated my 3 with care and two are too puffy to use without worry

There is no six month limit for a defective product in AUS.

I would never ever use swollen batteries and I'll be checking every flight in the future.
