Hi all, current P3S owner looking to upgrade to MP real soon!
Been shopping around for the best deal on UK sites and found www.pro-camera.co.uk to be the cheapest for the Fly More at £1118 delivered, which is too good to be true? Has anyone used them?
The next safer shop would be Costco at £999 for just the drone.. what are everyone's thoughts?

Check all their return policies just in case you get a bad one.

Hi,
Welcome to the forum.
Where in the north east are you.I am from South Shields.[emoji106]

This company was called Peter Mann 2 weeks ago.Exaxtly the same website and contact address. The header on the website has changed from Peter Mann to Pro Camera.
Be careful if buying from them.If you do take a chance I would at least pay with a credit card.

Hi mate I'm from Sunderland, not too far from you!
Thanks for the heads up, the site does looks proper dodgy like!
How long have you owned your MP for? And any important advice for when I get mine?

I ordered my mavic on the 15th October from jessops and didn't get it until the 15th April.I have had about 25 flights so I am still fairly new to the mavic.Best advice would be to start reading the manual now until you fully understand all the functions and options. When you do get it,get in an open space in beginner mode and take your time for a good few flights.A great place to go is herrington country park beside penshaw monument. There is plenty of room to fly. Most importantly have fun with it,it's an amazing bit of kit you will love it.[emoji106]

The reviews seem reasonable here.
Pro Camera Shop - www.procamerashop.co.uk

On balance I'd buy from one of the specialist UK dealers who know what they are doing though.
You can get by with Mavic plus one extra battery to start, the flymore bundle has several items I suspect you won't hardly use.

From the NE too, Heliguy is the boy round here for DJI. May not be the cheapest but they are local and know their stuff!

I've just came back from Herrington park I've been there once with my son. Didn't realise it was that big! I was using the P3S while my Mavic is being delivered.
I was pretty comfortable flying in atti as the winds were low and had plenty of run out space and no high objects collide into.
Gonna enjoy my P3S while it's days are numbered!

I'm going there on the 21st July for a free learning lesson! Check out the website I will see you there if you decide to go!

Alright then, I'm from Morpeth and am also a new Mavic owner. I looked at that website and one or two others (techinthebasket.com was one of them and have the fly more combo at £980). Personally I worried about just going for the cheapest and ended up paying the normal price from Maplin. My thought was at least I'd have a shop to go to so I could shout at someone if something went wrong!

Must say that I haven't regretted my purchase at all. I had a cheaper drone before my Mavic and it flew away on the first flight and with nothing more than a breeze. To say that I was worried about the same thing happening again is an understatement- but so far so good. I needn't have worried. The mavic is really good in wind which is pretty important as it's been pretty windy over the last 3 or 4 weeks!

I was there the other day and can confirm!
Too late though mine arrived today from techinthebasket in 3 working days!! £979.99 delivered for the fly more combo. Don't let the crude website and Engrish deter you, it's a legitimate company selling U.K stock Mavic Pros!
Seriously don't know how they can sell for such a low price!

Checked the box over and all the gubbins I'm absolutely chuffed at the size of this thing!!
Can't wait to get it in the sky but cos of the horrid weather right now it's staying put so thought I'd go along with the excited kid mood and snap a pose!
