Hello,

Not really new to drones, but new the Mavic series. I have heavily modded F550 and Phantom 3 Pro, in addition to the Mavic Pro I bought a couple months back. While the 550 is pretty bad ***, the features of the Mavic have made it my first choice when I head out to the canyons.

I went for the older Mavic since I would have needed to sell one of my other drones if I ended going the new Mavic 2, but after flying legacy Mavic 1.0, I can see I’ll likey need to upgrade before long. I doubt I can convince my wife I NEED another drone, so’ll likley need to sneak it into the house like a lost puppy.

Anyhow, great forum y’all have here and keep an eye out if your in the Thousand Oak/Agoura Hill area west of Los Angeles.
