This solved my issue of the histogram and overexposure not staying on in the DJI GO 4 App

Thank you for contacting DJI Technical Support.

Sorry to hear about the trouble setting the histogram as well as the overexposure features on your Mavic 2 Pro. I definitely understand that you've already performed a few troubleshooting steps and still facing the same issue. I am here to help look into this for you.

If you're still unable to set the histogram and overexposure feature on your aircraft. I suggest performing a few troubleshooting steps that can help fix the issue. I understand that you might have performed some of these but I suggest performing it again:

1. Clear the cache of the DJI Go 4 App on your mobile device's Settings.
2. Try to re-link your aircraft and the remote controller, you can visit this link
and follow the on-screen instructions on how to do so.
3. When activating the overexposure feature and histogram, just tap on the switch till it turns green and not sliding the switch.

However, if the troubleshooting steps provided still doesn't work, kindly provide the requested information so I can raise this with our Engineers

1. Firmware Version of your aircraft.
2. Version of your DJI Go 4 App.

I have the same problem! I have never been able to enable the histogram so it would appear during flights, no matter how many times I have tried? Is this the issue you experienced with the M2P?

Yes this will fix it

I found with the Mavic Air the same problem, would not stay after "sliding" the "switch" over to the on positions. Problem solved by just "tapping switch on" rather than "sliding the switch" to the on position. Worked for Overexposure and Histogram sliders.

I had the same problem with my MAVIC2 PRO /Samsung A5.
Solved by taping instead of sliding
