It's not clear what kind of interference you are asking about.
But whatever it is, the way to reduce or avoid interference is to get further away from the source of the interference..

If you are asking about magnetic interference, launch away from cars and other things made of steel.
If the magnetic interference is due to steel reinforcing in concrete, launching from a box/case etc on the concrete might help ... or just move away from the concrete.

If you are asking about radio/wifi interference, that's common in urban areas and might be hard to avoid.
The height of your launch point won't make any difference.
The distance from the source is all that matters.
