How to get back to factory default on camera and video settings.

Somewhere along the way, I seem to have really messed up all of my video settings. When flying, the exposure is either under exposed or over exposed, depending on where the sun is located. Nighttime videos are a complete bust since only the brightest lights show.
I have seen footage of night skylines that looked quite good-mine look awful.
Please help!!!

Enter camera setting, somewhere in there I think there's a reset option.
