Hi All,

If this subject is discussed somewhere I can't seem to find it.

I have a DJI Mavic and am wanting to take it to the UK with me in September.

How do I take it on the plane with me? Do I just take it on as carry on or do parts need to be in my check in?

Regards
Rand

Check your airline's website for luggage restrictions etc ;-)

As above, batteries must be carry on, anything else is up to you. No special requirements at all.

Also familiarise yourself with the CAA Drone Code and restrictions prior to flying. The NATs drone assist app will show forbidden areas. Do NOT rely on airmap.

Ah good shout.....NATS is a better app for restrictions etc...Cheers

I took my M2Z to Jamaica a couple months ago. I had a small case to carry everything. It fit into a backpack. The batteries were in LIPO bags. I had no problem carrying them on my flights.
