I made a helipad today

Ingredients:
Interlocking floor mat. $10 for 4 at the discount store.
Black Spray paint. I used some cheapo enamel
Masking tape.

Tools:
Something to cut the foam with, like a knife.
Something to mark out your design. I used a pencil, ruler, and a compass to mark the circles.

Start with an interlocking floor mat.

Cut into quarters and turn inside out.

Cut into a circle and mark up the design

First coat

Second coat.

Peeled off the tape

dismantles to a small package

because someone will ask, this is the paint I used

I love this! I have some of that foam in the garage, and cans of spray paint - this is happening!

That is pure genius! I knew there was a reason we didn't throw away those kids mats! Looking forward to copying this as well so thank you!
