IMU Calibration Failure

I’ve attempted to calibrate the IMU on the Mini several times this morning, and each time it fails. It gets as far as 95% or so percent and has had me rotate the aircraft into just two or three positions. But after that I just get a failure notice. The green light on the Mini blinks fast most of the time and then it’s just stops and says to recalibrate.

may i ask why you did the calibration did it ask for one

OK, that one got fixed fast. I just realized I was calibrating it on a table with a lot of metal. As soon as moved the Mini to a stone countertop it was fine.

thanks it is not something that should need doing very often, but if prompted to do it as you were then you did the correct thing
