First I exported the keyframe I wanted to transition to. I brought the picture into Photoshop and masked out the castle. Then I brought it back into Premiere. Here I keyframed the position and size to go from out of the frame and small, to the position it would end up in, with the correct dimensions. Added a luma key effect, and fixed the timing so the two transitions happened at once. Quite hard to get it just right since there is movement, but after some work on the details it turned out great.
