Try to calibrate the drone, if the gimbal is stabilizing, the ribbon belongs to the data transmission, if you get the image on you DJI go app, and the gimbal is not stabilized, it means that the ribbon belongs to the power. If you don't have any insurance on this, you better go and find a drone shop, with a specialist who would be able to be more precise than me and maybe find a way to fix this, doesn't look very bad.
