Legality!

Hey all, before I "list" this video
I'd like to know if what I've shot is strictly legal.
I flew under 400 feet the whole time.
Someone told me flying close to barges is like "homeland security" illegal.

Anyone have any pointers with this?

I wonder if you can get extra flight distance by surfing slightly in front and above the superstructure. I remember taking a ferry from Seattle across the bay and the smart seagulls were just lazily surfing on the airwake of the ship, barely moving their wings for stability, and flying several miles for free. The capitan won't be happy, probably - maybe, take a ride and ask, you never know.
