I love the vibrant post production color of D-log, however my whites are totally blown out, even with using a Polar Pro DD16-PL, my camera set to ISO:100, and set on sunny all the time(even on cloudy days. None of my post production efforts have helped. Any help would be greatly appreciated, and thank you in advance.

Well an ND isnt going to stop anything from overblowing whites. If they're actually burnt out and over exposed then you need to alter the exposure or EV bias to get a recording where they aren't.
If highlights are burnt out its game over - theres no detail to recover.

If you have over exposure at iso100 then you need a faster shutter speed.

I'm surprised how frequently this misconception comes up.
Blown out highlights are the result of over-exposure, and modest dynamic range from the camera.
ND filters and White Balance are practically irrelevant.

The zebra over exposure indicator is a useful guide, turn it on, if you see more than a few spots on very bright areas you need to make an adjustment.
