Lost drone in Madeira, Portugal. Cash prize for recovery

This is a complete Hail Mary. I lost my drone yesterday while flying it in the mountains of Madeira, Portugal. I took off from a hill side. Clouds came in, my GPS signal decreased, I asked the drone to RTH, it got confused and went into the wrong valley one over from mine, I couldn't recognize how to fly back by looking at the camera feed, battery ran out, and the drone emergency landed in a difficult to reach location on top of a ridge in the forest.

Last known GPS coordinates according to the flight log is 32.760153, -17.045925. I really just want the footage on the SD card I spent so long filming. Willing to offer a cash prize to anyone who can recover it.

Also, any advice on how I should proceed if I have DJI care refresh for my Mavic Pro?

Per the DJI Care Refresh TOS, you will not be able to use your DJI Care Refresh coverage unless you are able to locate your Mavic.

So dji refresh does not cover drones that get lost? I guess it is much better to go with state farm insurance then.
