Maps Made Easy KMZ Export

I've noticed that when I load maps made easy KMZ into Google earth they are elevated a set distance above the surface of Google Earth. Id prefer them to overlay seamlessly but there is a weird offset that I can't seem to get rid of.

Anyone else ha e this problem?

Yes and it is driving me crazy. I'm including an image prior to take off (supposed to alt correct) and am having no luck with clamping the .kmz to ground. Old thread, did you find a solution?
