After doing a firmware upgrade the other day I went out on location and had a Power System Error during my pre-flight startup. The rear rotors are dead and don’t even twitch on power up. I know it gets hot doing the firmware which took about 20 minutes so I removed the battery and let it cool down at the house before going out. Numerous power cycles and a system reset did not fix the glitch. On site it was cool and windy and even 20 minutes out there with no battery in it didn’t help.
Has anyone else experienced this? It’s only got about 30 hours of flight time.
Regardless it’s now in for a warranty repair and DJI’s customer service was great. I would be freaking out if this was a paid gig or if I didn’t have several hundred mb of files to edit from my first month binging with this amazing camera. And yes, that is metro right there and he was more interested in seeing what it could do than checking my 107 or paperwork, lol.
