I have just (for the 3. time) sent all information including a link to the flight logs, purchase receipt, etc. to support.And believe us, it will be weeks before DJI gets back to you. Slower than mud during Covid.
There is some chaos there at the Dji Support, probably also because of the Chinese New Year. But I am confident and think that it will work out, hopefully .....
