Is there a way to write text on photos taken with my mavic air 2 and shared on facebook from my sd card?

Not directly, but a third party app may help.

I use I Mark Up when adding text or other items to a photo.

It's available in the Play Store for Android.

You could transfer the images from the MA2 wirelessly to the device, edit the picture, and then upload to the social network.

Yes.

I don't have Facebook so not sure how to upload pictures, but here on the Forum, if you click the "Attach files" button, you can add photos to a post before you post the replay.

You have an option of a thumbnail or full photo when you "insert" the image.

Videos must be loaded up to YouTube and then copy / paste the YouTube URL link to the post.

The link will change to thumbnail after you post.
