Mavic mini 2 battery storage

I've heard an optimum level is between 40 and 80%.
Many other DJI batteries will self-discharge after a optionally set number of days. I have not noticed that the Mini or Mini 2 batteries do that.

The manual says 30% or lower for storage or transport.
As to auto-discharge..
"2. Auto-Discharging Function: to prevent swelling, the battery automatically discharges to approx. 96% of the battery level when it is idle for one day, and automatically discharges to approx. 72% of the battery level when it is idle for five days. It is normal to feel moderate heat being emitted from the battery during the discharging process."

As noted above, storage should be 40%-80% but I read that 60% is recommended. Just don't store them at full charge. And as noted the Mini2 batteries are "intelligent batteries" and I believe have an auto discharge function. I don't think the Mini 1 batteries had that. And at the risk of stating the obvious, if you want to make sure your batteries are partially discharged, if you have the charging bank, charge your phone a couple times with it to partially deplete the batteries charge.
