Mavic motor cog detent?

My left rear motor has a slightly bumpier detent than the other three. It is not a dramatic difference - just enough to be noticeable. I have blown it thoroughly with compressed-aired at different angles, while spinning, etc. It still flies fine. There have been no major crashes - just one earlier low speed encounter with a bush at 2 feet elevation.

Do you think I should leave well enough alone, or is any difference in feel serious enough to replace (repair?) the motor?
