Mavic will not travel more than 30 meters away.

Correct. When you updated your firmware there was a message that stated your flight would be limited until you logged into your account.

I didn't see that message. It did sit at 100% for a long time. Maybe didn't complete firmware.

When you enter the DJI 4 app click on the "me" icon at the bottom & see if you're logged on.

The next step will be to roll back your FW & quit updating. Use the DJI assistant to do it.

I think this is next too, and / or reinstalling the firmware.

The 30m thing almost guaranteed has to do with logging in. Even if you are logged in, or think you are, it seems the Mavic (or the app) disagree. Uninstall / reinstall seems to be the next step.

Also - check your settings again to be 100% certain that limit didn't make its way in there.
