Mavic2 pro + Crystalsky 5.5 problem

Manual mode: can’t use + or - EV on 5D button for changing shutter speed
They are well programmed with the Crystalsky but don’t work In down-up or left-right
Hear sound but no change in shutter speed
Changing diaphragm works when programmed

And:
Changing shutter speed works from menu
Works also with connected iPhone

Did anyone encounter the same problem ?

A side topic, interested to know if you have cold tested it? Because iphone shuts down when 5 degrees of wind is blowing at it

Did you find an answer to the 5D button on the CS. I too am having the same issue, not much help from DJI support, to date. It works beautifully on my iPad/IOS device. But not the Crystal Sky. All firmware is updated, DJI Go 4, Controller & M2Pro as of yesterday. I would like to know how to adjust the shutter in manual mode by using any method other than the screen. Thanks.

No, no solution yet and same problem indeed. Works well with my iPhone as well.
So the problem must be general.
