Probably. Mine is still sailing somewhere, i did not see such notice. Gotta say i am having a bit of a remorse now, not sure i like it how telemetry top screen is missing... Plus, $650... Dunno. It is definitely not the most stupidest thing i spent money on, but, hmm.. of course, it is after watching reviews, may be personal experience will fix that perception.
Yes the remote continues to function if you close the App.
So far in my tests the thing is very stable and has not fallen over yet.

let’s all band to gather on this forum and I think we should take them to court because it’s a non-continuous problem with DJI and false advertisement
if you order from canada - it happens all the time.Yup They are all getting stuck in customs for god knows how long cuz DJI ****** things up and provided zero info or forms to customs. So pissed

It's TRUE!!! I just ordered mine and it is scheduled to be delivered on the 29 Tuesday by FedEx I will admit it was spotty there for awhile as I had sent them a reminder and each time when I went back in it was still waiting. But did the transaction on DJI's site and it will be here as I mentioned Tuesday, I as well can hardly wait. Hope this helps.Heard that FCC granted sale of controllers in USA on Friday....

that is why stuff like that has o ordered from a dealer, not directly... not sure what is it you can do. try to escalate to dji - i am curious also.This is happening to every single person that ordered. It is not a lack of workers at customs. DJI failed to provide any of the customs documentation on all of these orders. Until fedex contacts DJI, DJI files the proper forms and customs release these orders all of our stuff is stuck in customs. This is a major f-up on DJI's end which could lead to your order being stuck in customs indefinitely until DJI files the paperwork on thousands of orders and gets them to fedex. Then fedex has to deal with it on a package by package basis. This could take a month or longer. Lets hoping things can get processed much sooner. Personally I want a partial credit back as this is bs.
