You can fly your drone at Upper River Coquitlam Park during specified hours. You will first have to buy a Coquitlam Parks & Recreation Membership before flying. Good luck!

Here’s a photo I took back in 2019 of the times you could fly at the Upper Coquitlam River Park. If my memory serves me correctly, it is a Community Centre membership that I signed up for. You will also need to sign up for a MAAC membership, mainly for liability purposes. Most of the fixed wing flyers will let you fly during their times as long as you stay out of their way.
