MPP QC vs. Mavic Pro

So, probably like many others here while we await our deliveries of our MPPs, I am gobbling up youtube videos like crazy about all things mavic pro and mpp. Seems like there was a widespread QC problem with Mavic Pro production when it was in hyper mode to meet early demand about a year ago and then things seem to have improved... so now I'm nervous that I'm fitting into the same demand curve for the MPP and I'm going to end up getting a headache :/

Other than the downwardshift in the gimbal - are any other oddities showing up? or, hopefully, since this isn't an entirely new model QC issues will be limited.

I don't think we're going to see many new quality issues pop up with the Mavic Pro Platinum since it's nearly identical to the Mavic Pro.

I've had mine two weeks and there have been no issues. It performs superbly, quite a machine. Do remember that the batteries are interchangeable. The two extra batteries I bought are for the regular Pro. The color difference means nothing to me.
