Need help retrieving USER ID on used BT-300 I just purchased

Reaching out to anyone who can help me retrieve the USER ID (for Moverio App Market) for BT-300 glasses I bought used. Original owner does not remember as he did this 4 months ago when he first received glasses. FAQ on Moverio support says to log out (Item 1-07) but does not go on to explain after that. Wanted to know if someone could logout of the Moverio App Market and tell me if the USER ID shows up in the login screen. I don’t want to logout until I can verify this. Otherwise my only alternative is to do a factory reset and start over with creating my own login, then updating DJI GO 4 app, etc.

Moverio Facebook group unanimously suggested that I do a Factory Reset & create my own User ID, which I ended up doing. ??
