New importing costs

Once I get the shipment I will fill you in with the details but for sure I will not pay any tariffs as the seller made this clear in the tittle plus the description. Buyers have protection if the item is not as described. I used Amex and PayPal also if eBay doesn't help out.

Hope the "dashcam" arrives. One of mine was a "dron" and the other a "TOOL STORAGE HARD CASE FOR MILWAUKEE M12 ONEFTR12-" made in Thailand, valued at $750! Creative customs declaration forms, eh? LOL!

I hope you took a screen shot of the webpage when you bought it.
The page I bought from used to say the seller paid any and all tariffs. It doesn't say that now.

I took screen shots of every page. It said both in the tittle and description tariffs are paid by the seller. And in the description it specifically mentioned in the USA there would be no tariff.

As to your B&H pre-order, unless it was a Creator Combo, it was likely already fulfilled yesterday! They finally got some in! All gone now.

If your international order goes south, I'd place a risk free Creator Combo pre-order with Adorama. They won't charge your CC until they actually ship your order, and you can cancel up until they ship without penalty.

$5,497.00 plus tax at Adorama? no way that's a rip-off. B&H should have the creator in stock soon is my backup, ordered on day one (the 13th) 5 hours after it went on sale. I don't want the fly more combo as the controller, the charger and memory/video format upgrade are worth more than the extra $1050. $2690 plus tax versus $3735 plus tax. (tax is 6.25%) and both are tariff free deals.

Easy to put a sale price on an item you know you will never receive. Adorama's CC price was also $4650, back in June, and they sold everything out in a week. With the tariffs, they have had to raise their prices to reflect their increase in cost to $5500 for delivery in November. No way B&H can sell the Creator Combo at $4650 now or in the future unless they already had it in stock before all the tariff increases. My educated guess is that those B&H $4650 pre-orders will never be fulfilled.

My eBay order was a no brainer then. Yes I would say at best a 50/50 chance B&H may get them only because it says so in the description they will have them in 2 weeks but I'm not counting on it. I still have fun fly my Mavic 3 drone low over the ocean and the Mavic 4 I plan on flying a little higher to play it safe. thanks as you sure like to help drone pilots out with good advice. I took this photo at 7PM yesterday with my Mavic 3 Pro. (at ISO 400 though, should had gone with ISO 200 maybe)

Your eBay order should be fine. The Koreans know how to work the system. B&H has the same 2-4 week estimate on all three of the Mavic 4 Pro versions. Can't see how they can get them in 2-4 weeks and also sell at $4650 when Adorama has no future date specified any more, and is at $5500 because of tariffs.

Only constructive criticism of your photo wouldn't be the ISO, but the composition, where the mast of the sailboat cuts into the building behind it, hiding parts of it. If you had moved to the right, to keep the mast on the far left, away from the building, or just cleanly remove it now, it becomes a stronger photograph. Lettering on the building is messed up in this quick edit, but it becomes a stronger image with the mast gone, not obstructing the building behind it.

I hear you! we think a like but most don't seem to care. I wanted a vertical shot that is mobile phone friendly so this was deliberate to block some of the writing on the building. thanks for you feedback.
