Hello all. I am new to the site and wanted to introduce myself. My name is Joe and I was hoping to find out what I am doing wrong with taking photo's with my Mavic 2 Pro? I am getting a kind of pixelated choppy looking image. I am curious of why this is happening, what I am doing wrong? Thanks

Oh yes. I am seeing an almost pixelated effect happening with some of my photos. Just curious what may be causing this?

Joe, welcome to the forum. Are you recording to an SD card or d/l from phone? I think the phone preview pictures are of low quality but I may be wrong. Anyhow, enjoy the forum!

You may be using an sd card, but are viewing the cached photos on you device. They are of lower quality. you need to take the sd card from the drone or download them from the drone! Also check settings for your camera on the drone. Perhaps being new you are taking them at very low quality.
