New Jersey Drone Sightings May Not Be Drones. By Professor Will Austin.

Sorry I can't help you parse and dissect and analyze the video or the difference between this one and the last one. You'll have to do that for yourself and if you come up with zilch....you're loss. All I can do is advise and recommend you to stop fixating on the shiny lights and the fancy video clips and listen and rely on the overall tone and the message you're getting. Close your eyes and listen to it again and pay attention to what you are being told and learn to read in between the lines. My suggestion, take it or leave it. I'm not in a good place to lay it all out for you....again.

ETA: Sorry but just to be fair, I will if you want me to, I just don't want to get into a pissing contest about video resolution, light refraction over the pacific vs the Atlantic, or aircraft landing patterns at small airports vs military airports or the new F999999 that NASA purchased late last year. Or even the style and layout of the new clips and how it was presented and what was said at the same time whatever was shown irrelevant nonsense.
Man oh man, you're making no sense there. Zero. None at all.

You post a video with the comment, "Here's a clue: You won't be able to rewrite this, it's all documented."
You then post another comment, "This is interesting", with yet another video showing almost the exact same content about the same North Texas report.

When asked to explain what you find so particularly interesting about those two videos, compared to the hundreds of other similar videos already out there, the best you can come up with is, "Close your eyes and listen"?!

So, I'm not actually supposed to watch the videos you posted, just listen? I'm not even allowed to state my opinion that I found the first video more interesting than the second?

Even with my eyes closed, I can still hear the significant inconsistency between the first and second versions of those reports.

In the first, it's stated that the cellphone video was recorded by the police officer himself. The second report no longer mentions anything of who made the recording or whether the cellphone video bears any relevance to what's being reported. That's particularly curious, since you now suggest that what's being shown in the video doesn't even matter.

You don't want to explain why you find these two particular videos so "interesting" because you don't want to, "get into a pissing contest about [...] what was said at the same time whatever was shown".

But isn't that the entire crucial point of what's being discussed in this thread? It's right there in this discussion thread's title.

"New Jersey Drone Sightings May Not Be Drones."

Every
media report has people saying they've seen "drones", while at the same time showing images that look either;
  1. exactly like normal aircraft, or
  2. completely unrecognizable blobs of blurry light.
None of the media reports has ever shown definitive evidence to back up what is being said!!!

It's like saying you saw a purple giraffe, while showing a photo of a green lion. Listening to that with eyes closed, or looking at the photo without listening to what's being said, or listening while seeing, none of it makes any sense!

Normal people typically are skeptical if someone asks them to believe in purple giraffes or green lions. So why are people willing to believe that images of normal aircraft are instead actually "mysterious drones"?

No matter how many times people say they're seeing truck-sized drones, at some point it needs to be backed up with actual evidence showing those drones.

When asked to explain what you find so particularly interesting about those two videos, compared to the hundreds of other similar videos already out there, the best you can come up with is, "Close your eyes and listen"?!
No that's the 4th best I can come up with. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd are for the those who are serious and since you agreed I should "simply it for you...." you get the bottom advice in all my replies.

So, I'm not actually supposed to watch the videos you posted, just listen? I'm not even allowed to state my opinion that I found the first video more interesting than the second?

That's right. I'm trying everything I can to get you limit you from sharing with me your opinions on the video clips and the photos you see because it's honestly getting boring hearing you go on and on about your "expert video clip and photo analysis" and it's obvious we don't agree so I just prefer to skip it. It would be different if we discussed a range of topic with video/photos among them but your obsessed with it (and I'm not) so I kinda felt it was a waste of time going there. So I said "close your eyes" to see if that would do the trick.

Not working. :(

You can say whatever you want just don't be surprised by my answer.

I am always surprised by the logic given by people who follow and believe in these types of mass hysteria events; but not at all surprised there is zero chance of convincing them to think about what they are saying.

ps: I'm out ... lol.

Dude, seriously? Get a grip.

If you post a video (twice) claiming it's "interesting" and "all documented", that's an open invitation for anyone to post their own opinions about it on this public forum.

Nobody is forcing you to read everything I write. And no one is forcing you to reply every time I write anything. If this is all too strenuous for you, you can leave any time.

So I said "close your eyes" to see if that would do the trick.
Here's what I'll do. I'm going to bed now and will "close my eyes" until I wake up tomorrow. That usually works for me.

You should try it sometime. You might feel re-energized and wake up in a better mood in the morning. 🌜🪐☀️🌈

No that's what I said. You're just copying me. I said you can say whatever you want, post your own opinions, just don't expect me to respond to your direct question to me when what you say is bogus. When I write "interesting" on a post, it's up to you to decide; leave me out of it. Bottom line.

Oh and good night; sleep tight.

Another interesting video about NYC:

going thru this thread with a little bit of interest:

I can tell there's a major argument going on that has been going on for 10 pages. I wish there were cliff notes but it all just looks like an Animal House food fight at this point

I did like the video from Oregon because I live in Oregon

It all looks pretty clear to me what is going on. How much more evidence do you want?

See my response where you posted the same story in a different thread.

a person living in New Jersey, who is well known to other forum members, and who is clearly knowledgeable regarding U.S. airspace, has said he has personally seen an increase in drone traffic in his area since November.

I am inclined to believe what he has shared.

Whether you like it or not, his “testimony” is evidence.
Evidence of what?
That since all the publicity, more people in New Jersey have been flying their drones?

If this thread was a horse, I'd do the right and merciful thing - put it down.

Noooooo! It's providing endless entertainment.

I'm having much fun watching all the experts, absolutely sure of their opinions based almost entirely on supposition and their personal logic redux.

On both sides.

Say, can you post Google Earth images taken of the area on the same day that Zhou was flying the drone? Space X launched a rocket with a classified reconnaissance payload that day. One thing that Zhou discovered was exactly when and how the AFB would react to one small drone. I wonder if that information might be useful to someone.

Denial is a psychological defense mechanism that psychoanalyst Sigmund Freud described as the refusal to accept an uncomfortable fact or reality. It is a way to protect the mind from anxiety-inducing realities or uncomfortable truths by rejecting them. It can manifest in many ways, such as denying the severity of an addiction or refusing to acknowledge the end of a relationship or (the existence of mysterious drones). OK, I admit I added the last part.

That's it! That's exactly what's appearing over the Santa Cruz harbor every night!
