Hi!

I planned on getting a drone to film my family on parks and beaches, and also film our trips (planning on a cruise soon).

I did not wanted to call the airport and towers everytime I wanted to fly, so I got my Part 107 License after a few days of study and a week of waiting for the FAA to update the status on IACRA. Soon after that I realized that the airspace where I'll flying is still not on LAANC... So, the same day I got my temporary certificate, I applied for airspace authorization for my Class D airspace. Got authorized in less than 7 days!

Happy flying!

Just received my approval for a blanket wide flight for my local area. Took 7 days. Not terrible
