Newbie, need help with Mavic pro video

I took my first flight today in Toronto and the video ended up really bad. It looks almost choppy and not very well put together. Can someone help me with adjusting my video settings? Thanks.

Unfortunately, one can't help effectively with a screenshot of the video. So I can't see the choppiness.

Video seems too large to upload. It's also the camera quality doesn't seem that good. I was shooting on 1080p. If there is a way to upload it please tell me.

How large and how long is the video? 1080 20 minutes shouldnt be more than 3 or 4 gb.

I follow this guy, set up your mavic and controller and then slowly watch the video at the same time keep pausing the video while you change your settings to what this guy says, give it a go.
