newbie to dji assistant 2

recently purchased a ma2 with the sc all the updates and syncing went perfect been on a few practice flights all went great i have flown drones but not a dji so i have a few questions first is sd cards do i use one in the drone and in the smart controller and how do each of them work second is i am trying to download the dji assistant 2 app so i can download the flight tracks but when i connect the controller to computer it wont let me select the down load media it just stays on battery charging need some help if anyone would like to help out thanks

You just need to use the SD card in the Drone, The other can be used in the SC to transfer updates and low quality videos .

First you download the Assistant 2 for your specific drone , that is very important.

After you have it downloaded you connect the cable from the Drone to the computer.
should take about 2 minutes for the drone to be Recognized by the Assistant 2 .

You will do the same with the controller or Smart Controller.
