Can a dji air 2s fly into a red restriced zone and be able to fly out of it??

Check with DJI Fly Safe. They have their own NFZ system that you need to obtain unlocks that is totally separate from flight rules set by the FAA.

Probably not. That's Camp David, I think. They will not look kindly on UAS overflights!

Flights into Camp David would likely get you incarcerated and you won't get a waiver to fly there. Be aware that Camp David prohited zone will expand several miles whenever VIPs visit Camp David. The DJI database may not reflect that. Take a look at a Sectional chart and you will see that. You can call Flight Watch and they can tell you if the outter area of the prohibited zone has been activated.

I guess I should have investigated by looking on the app myself. The OP didn’t make it clear about flying into a permanent TFR at Camp David. I have a feeling the drone would find a new owner and the pilot would find a new vacation cottage (all 64 sq ft of it).
