Night Strobes (FAA/US)

What are most of you guys using? and more importantly, how many and where have you mounted them?

On my Mavic 2, I'm looking at 2. Possibly the forward left looking forward (maybe backward to minimize strobes on the camera?) and rear right looking the opposite direction. This should give me a 360 degree strobe view. Any thoughts?

Most people are using these Cree lights:

• Flytron STROBON Cree
• Firehouse Dual Cree
• Firehouse ARC

I put all CREE’s on mine: a red and green on the front legs for navigation, and a white anti-collision Arc II on top of the battery (put a velcro tab on each battery), and a white standard Strobon on the bottom in the very rear. None of these show up on camera but are easily seen from all angles.

On a Mavic 2 pro where is the best place to put a strobe on the bottom so sensors are not interfered with?

Thats why I was thinking of putting them on the arms. Opposite corners facing opposite directions.

I put my light at the top. Velcro-Ed to the battery. Seems to work great! When necessary, and weigh a bigger drone (inspire or Yuneec) I use Lume cubes or Rugo (FoxFury) lights.
