I'm curious if anyone can comment/review the "O'woda 2 in 1 DJI Mavic 2 Propellers Guard with Foldable Landing Gear Quick Release Props Bumper Protective Cover for DJI Mavic 2 Pro/Zoom Drone" .
Would like to hear some experience before I buy.

Hey Ken I my self have bought prop guards and only used them once on my mavic zoom but if it make you comfortable with the leg extensions and prop guard give them a try I used my prop guards on my old phantom when I first started flying but that was in 2013 ....

I've been hoping someone who's tried this particular product would post their opinion.
I tend to like the design as per:
1..the prop guards look to be substantial
2..all 4 extensions fold
3..the front extensions do not contact the Mavic's legs/antennas
4..the rear extensions mount under the motors providing greater stability
5..all 4 assemblies easily clip on & off.
6..$23.09 can plus tax. Not too expensive.

I bought those...they are effective.
I consider it money well spent.

BTW, the ones with the LEDs look cheesy when illuminated, but at least you can have red/green lights on the correct sides of the drone for once.

Just when you get them make sure that if they are hit from below they don't bend up sufficiently to block the blade rotation, alse if you do bump something akwardly then the bird will drop out of the sky without being able to recover, rather than without anything in the way where it will try spin the prop back up and recover itself on glancing bumps to props.

Bumped a tree with the air once, and it started to drop, recovered and sat hovering, something that if the blade was obstructed wouldn't have happened. Got out of that one with replacing the props rather than a new bird.

I'd say only really useful indoors, but hey your money ;)
