I bought a drone on ebay from a company in South Korea. It arrived in Memphis today and under the tracking info it says International Shipment Released-Import. It's scheduled for deliver with Fed Ex tomorrow. Does that mean there's no tariffs on this shipment and its cleared customs for delivery or does it mean it released and there could possible be a tariff to be collected by the Fed Ex driver on delivery? I'm really confused about these tariffs. Thanks guys!

Most likely no tariffs, but the only way to know for sure is that FedEx delivers it without asking you to pay any tariffs they may possibly have already paid on your behalf.

That simply means it cleared customs and its OK to deliver, It doesnt mean that the fees are paid. Fed Ex could have paid the fees for you, and they will bill you. They do that to me all the time but mine are small things like I end up owing 3 bucks lol..
You may want to check to see if the seller paid any fees. but your package is on its way to you. maybe a bill too.
