I have intention tremor, a shaking of the arms and hands when the muscles are under tension, not at rest. I took advantage of this condition and got a job in a sewing machine factory... threading the needles while they're running! On the negative side, it is difficult to hold the weight of the RC and precisely move the control sticks.
To remedy this situation, I built a bracket that transfers the weight of the RC against my body, and combined with a lanyard, allows me to rest/relax my hands on the RC. I'm sure there is something on the market one could just buy, but I chose to make my own. It's made from 1/4 inch plywood used for tile subfloors. I then attached it to my iPad holder using some thumb knobs. It's easy to attach and pack in my LowePro case. I left it natural for now so it would show up in the pics, but I will paint it black later. Here's some pics if you're so inclined...
