Restricted flight after update

hi guys - first post here.

I've done a bunch of reading about all the new update confusion but I still don't see my specific situation covered so here goes:

I updated the new firmware. I signed out and back in on the app. as requested. Now each time I fly - I hit a max ceiling of 100 ft an distance of 300ft. It's driving me nuts. I've gone into the settings and confirmed that I'm not in basic mode and I don't have the max ceiling / max distance throttled down.

Why is this happening?

forgive me if this has been asked and answered... I really did teach and spend the whole morning reading. Any information will be greatly appreciated.

thanks for the response. I previously thought I had logged out of the app and back in and still had the same problem. I deleted the app > re downloaded it > logged back in. Problem is fixed and I see to have lifted the restrictions.
