Satellite positioning turned off, Fly with caution

Hello, I am new to Mavic Air, recently I am warned that “Satellite positioning turned off, Fly with caution”. Can anybody please say why is that?

Also I cannot set my home point as it’s saying “Home point not recorded” everytime.

The map down below is blank and not showing my current location.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Since there is no way to turn off GPS, if you are outdoors with a clear skyview it sounds like a hardware problem.

Thanks for your help can the problem be solved on the computer or does it have to go back to DJI cheers

I can only think of two possibilities.
Either your GPS receiver is busted or it's disconnected.
There's nothing you can do via a computer, nothing you can configure or adjust.
