I have been getting up at sunrise to go fly in the still air and early light but have twice encountered some local birds that aren't keen on sharing airspace.
This morning they ganged up on me and I retreated to safety after several near swoops. I went up again and found out that they weren't worried once I got above their altitude zone.. below 40M they're aggressive but above that they tend to go about their business but they still make a racket to warn each other to be on the look-out. Hopefully they'll calm down once the chicks are big enough but I'll avoid some of the areas they are so active.
