Snowy Mountain Pass - Col du Forclaz

Flying the Mavic in freezing conditions in a Swiss/French mountain pass. Kept getting battery warnings, recommending I warm the battery up to 25 degrees before flying (temperature outside was minus 10).

Flight ended with the video feed cutting out, with a serious sounding warning and the suggestion of RTH - anyone else experienced this? Is it to do with the cold?

Absolutely beautiful! Yeah the temp. definetely takes a toll on the internals such as the gimbal motors and the sensors. I flew my p3 in North Dakota at -15F and the battery lasted only half the flight before things got weird. My gimbal moved veeeery slow and the altitude sensor quit working forcing me to land it before something else stopped working.
