Help!
Ok so drones work using remote controls.... transmitters / receivers 2.4 / 5.8ghz yes?
and also imagery / data is sent from the drone camera to a screen / tablet / phone screen....

So I understand DJI use different transmission types - lightbridge, Ocusync, WiFi...

does this mean the transmission types carry drone flying inputs and live video data?

Sorry if this sounds a bit basic but I'm confused as to why there are different types and which is best? Is there a simple answer anywhere?

Technology advances over time. Occusync tends to be the best for distance and Wifi the worst. Of course, it's all relative to your needs.
