Also the barge showed up almost completely full this time.

That might be hard for me to film but I will try. I can follow the tug with my ais but I have no idea when the railroad people do their thing

I wonder what the SOP is for total engine failure on the forward tug. That barge has massive momentum! I suppose the rear tug is tasked to change direction enough to miss the slowing or stationary front tug....
